“Bringing Paradise into our Daily Lives”
Those who experience the presence of Christ in their lives, experience a foretaste of paradise. Our task in this session will be to explore concrete ways in which we can enter into the light and joy of Our Lord. It is truly possible to open our hearts so that we can walk in Christ, knowing Him to be with us in every situation in which we find ourselves. Come prepared to get homework!
“When you find Christ, you are satisfied, you desire nothing else, you find peace. You become a different person. When there is love for Christ, loneliness disappears. You are peaceable, joyous, full. Christ is in all your thoughts, in all your actions. You have grace and you can endure everything for Christ. You can endure injustices for Christ, and indeed with joy. When Christ enters your heart, your life changes. Christ is everything.”

In addition to speaking at retreats, she does the monastery bookkeeping and manages the store. And she has a Mississippi connection—a few years ago, her family discovered that they have descendants who lived in Mississippi in the 1850s, 2 of whom were in the military and died in the Civil War.
